Small footprint big on convenience
This convenience store "test" was developed to better serve contractors—estimated to be 30% of The Home Depot’s core customer base. Located on outparcels, the Fuel concept was designed to align with The Home Depot brand. The simple, uncluttered store carries about half the number of items in a traditional convenience store. Merchandise is stocked to meet the target customers' needs, including snacks and beverages in "XL" sizes.
