Bianca Doerschlag
Vice President
Bianca serves as Vice President at WD, where she leads technology-driven initiatives across Reality Capture and BIM, helping clients improve efficiency, decision-making, and performance across the design and operations lifecycle. A licensed architect with deep experience in real estate development, Bianca brings a blend of design intelligence, real estate strategy, and technological acumen. She works with major brands including IKEA, Sam’s Club, and The Home Depot, helping them take a proactive, data-informed approach to managing existing buildings and planning future development.
Prior to WD, Bianca was Senior Vice President at Kilroy Realty, a publicly traded REIT, where she led design initiatives across a 17-million-square-foot portfolio spanning commercial, life science, and residential projects, and helped manage a $7 billion development pipeline. Before this leadership role, she gained international experience at Bjarke Ingels Group in Copenhagen. Bianca holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and is an industry speaker at RetailSpaces and SPECS, regularly sharing insights on technology, design, and the future of the built environment.
